There are 2 different Textures to choose from. Notice: Each file has the Fine Side on the back to accomodate softness on feet. Here is a close-up.

What is covered: Any defect, including rust, of your pedicure or nail file.
What we will do: Upon our receipt of the defective product and the original receipt of facsimile of the orginal receipt, we will ship you a replacement of the same product, or if that particular product has been discontinued, then of a product of the same type of equal or greater value. We will also reimburse
you for mailing and insurance costs that you would incur from the U.S. Postal Service.
